incredible location right by the fitness and business center, and close to several cafes, it's central. one of tourist spots - lewes market tower - is relatively close to the hotel, really enjoyed that.

We liked its convenience to the University of California at Berkeley.

My room was brand new and had a modern feel, plus it came with smoke detectors, which made me feel safe.

The location was amazing, so I was surprised to see some negative comments about the neighborhood. On top of that, there are some great restaurants nearby!

The breakfast was spectacular for an essentially b&b economy facility. The location is convenient for Berkeley. The computer and printer were great for printing my boarding pass.

The hotel’s location was absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore nearby Priory Ruins. Situated in a lovely area, it was just a short walk to various restaurants, a 7-Eleven, downtown, and a coffee shop.

Room rate seemed comparatively high

I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with pull out sofa and a microwave and refrigerator and coffeemaker was not a problem.

The hotel has separate rooms and extremely comfy beds. Great breakfast with juice and freshly made pancakes. The staff is super-friendly. Perfect central location right next to an excellent Thai restaurant. They provide free parking and high speed internet access. Every time we stay in Berkeley, we like to stay here.

The rooms were clean; the service was friendly and accommodating, and knowledgeable. The complimentary breakfast was convenient. The location was convenient for our purposed (near the Cal campus.) Free parking in a safe parking lot.

The business office for guests was very sparse... 1 computer, although it was not crowded when I was there -- but if someone wanted to use a computer for any length of time, it would be uncomfortable. There is no coffee shop there or near by to visit with guests / family members.

The location here is cozy and super convenient, plus you can park for free right on site! 🚗

I had a really good stay at this relaxing hotel with well-decorated and well-appointed rooms. the central location was convenient, being close to stores, restaurants, and a 7-Eleven nearby. I stopped by Rainbow Donuts for coffee and treats, which is just a few feet from the hotel - highly recommend it.
